Privacy Policy – Perfect Guard

1. Overview

Causal Chain Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) develops and publishes Perfect Guard, a virtual reality game for the Meta Quest platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information the game collects, how that information is used, and the rights you have regarding your data.

2. What Data We Collect

Perfect Guard collects the following information:

• Meta User ID — a unique identifier associated with your Meta account.
• Horizon Username — the display name associated with your Meta account.
• Gameplay Score — your score.

3. How Your Data Is Used

When you play Perfect Guard, your score is recorded and submitted to the leaderboard at the end of each attempt. The leaderboard is displayed in-game after every attempt.

Your Meta User ID and Gameplay Score are placed on the in-game leaderboard.

We store one Gameplay Score entry per player, per game mode, which is continually updated to the highest score attained by that player.

4. Data Retention

Leaderboard entries are stored until you request removal or until the leaderboard is reset as part of normal game updates or maintenance.

5. Requesting Deletion of Your Data

If you would like your leaderboard data to be deleted, you may request this at any time.

To submit a deletion request, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to contact@causalchain.net.
2. Use the subject line: "Perfect Guard Data Deletion Request".
3. Include the following information in the body of the email:
   • Your Meta User ID
   • Your Horizon Username

Once we receive your request, we will delete your leaderboard data within 30 days. We will send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
